Koala installed a solar-powered ventilation fan on our roof and added insulation to our attic. Quality service. Fair, helpful and efficient. And they did the prep work necessary to contain the dust and keep things clean, which my allergy-prone wife greatly appreciated.

A+++ experience from start to finish. Erin and Walter are an amazing team. Professional, friendly, prompt, responsive. They're passionate about their jobs and that's reflected in the quality of their service and workmanship. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. The cost was more reasonable than I anticipated. I got an install appt within a week, it was done on time and they were so clean and respectful of my home. Someone even turned off the thermostat so the heat wouldn't be wasted because the door was open in cold weather. It's little details like that that make Koala stand out.Erin did all of the rebate work that she could and left instructions for me to follow to finish one of the rebates. It's amazing a business owner goes the extra mile like she does.I hope anyone reading reviews hires Koala. They're the best!
