They did a great job but they didn't tell me about the rip in the attic hatch cover. I had some aluminum duct tape and was able to fix it after they left. I would recommend them to a family member.

Randy and crew did a great job on our new garage/play area. Came and gave me a quote and I scheduled for a few weeks later and they started the job early. Awesome job on spray foaming walls and blowing ceiling made sure job was done right.
Would recommend Koala and would definitely use them again.

12/10/2024. From the first inspection & estimate to the finished project, Koala Insulation exceeded are Expectations! All the guys are Top Notch in the work they do, friendliness, customer service ! Within 1 hour we felt a difference in our home with the new attic insulation ! The 4 man crew that came to the house, had a great sense of humor, excellent work ethic & did a Fantastic job ! Thoroughly cleaned the house after they were done & left our yard, spotless too. They are all a asset to Koala Insulation! Well done gentleman ! Randy and his team were great! Friendly quick and open to flexibility given house house had city road construction. We had to reschedule twice and they were very flexible on that and working with us on any concerns and pricing. Highly recommend them!
