Anthony and his co-worker (I've forgotten his name) were capable and friendly. Everything was explained to me clearly. The pictures definitely helped as well. I asked them a few questions about further improving my home. They went so far as to show me online what I could add. Everything went smoothly and they were done within an hour.

Koala Insulation team did a great job! Fast and professional. Our neighbor used them and let us know that they were very pleased with their work. Bonus was that they also were on the FPL website as a recommended service provider. They came out on Monday to give an estimate and then came out the next day to do the insulation of over the garage and the whole house. We now have R38! We are very happy with their service.
