I researched several companies and their estimates for Crawl Space Encapsulation at my home before I decided on Koala. The communication from the owner was very timely and his onsite supervisor Mark and his crew were terrific. They were professional, friendly, efficient and very informative. My crawl space turned out better than I anticipated. I highly recommend Koala of SW Chicago!

Their price and communication are outstanding. They did a great job installing blown in cellulose in my very low attic. When they did the install they were very fast, but they left a huge amount of dust in my halls and all over the walls. They also damaged and got dirt on a bunch of places on my freshly painted walls. I called the representative and he made things right with me, so they still get 5 stars.

I used Koala on a new oversea container home . 5 containers. 1600 square feet. They were recommended by a friend who I bought the containers from.I couldn’t be happier with the results. Adam and Kyle were great , as well as the other 2 employees. It took 2 days . After each day , they left the place all cleaned up.A couple weeks later, a retired contractor visited the house. He mentioned what a great job was done.I know not many people use container homes, but they’re the experts on those types of homes. It’s safe to say that all the work they do is excellent.The professionalism, the work itself and the cleanliness is top notchI highly recommend anybody looking for spray foam insulation give them a call . We would recommend to anyone looking for insulation to use Koala!! From the moment Mark arrived for the estimate we felt very comfortable with the company. We had two other providers come out to look as well. One didn’t show up and the other never looked in the attic and quoted double the price of Koala.Mark and his team finished the job quickly and even took pictures to show us the before and after pictures so we didn’t have to go into the tight opening of the Attic!Thank you Mark and Team! Koala is definitely an A+/5 star company!

Very happy with the work Adam and his team have done with my attic. I had 4 other companies bid the job and ultimately decided to choose Koala for the job. Adam answered all the questions I had and was easy to work with.I decided to increase my attic insulation to R-60 due to horrible existing insulation, and air seal my attic. Kyle and his team showed up on time, communicated clearly, left my house as clean as before they came and even provided me with pictures of the whole job start to finish which was very nice.Good people, good price, and good results.

I called Koala Insulation on Monday, They were out at my home 2 hours later to give me an estimate. Liked estimate, better R-rate and inches blown in than others quoted at same price. I checked reviews and liked what I read. Job was done same week. They kept in touch in emails and texts before, during and after. They also send pictures before and after as they are working. I knew when they were on their way to my house through text and promptness is an A+ right on time. After they were done I couldn't even tell they were here, garage cleaner than when they got there. Their professionalism and workman and politeness is top quality. I would highly recommend this company. Excellent A+ Job done.
