Koala did an assessment and installation of attic insulation on our home. We are delighted with the services we received. Communication, attention to detail (workmanship and cleanup), and professionalism were all top notch. Kudos to Greg and especially Bob for making this a great experience. I shopped around for foam insullation to be installed in my ceiling of my cottage. Koala gave me a great price. I received 5 inches of foam n another company offered only 3 at about the price of Koala insulation. Shout out to Greg and Bob. Both were friendly, honest and hard workers. It took a bit longer than they expected but the job came out great and they did a very good clean up. I would highly recommend to give them a shot at pricing out a quote for you. You will not be disappointed with their work if you chose to use them.. Thank you Greg and Bob and the rest of your workers. You guys did an outstanding job and I am very pleased. I have nothing but positive things to say about the experience I had using Koala insulation to insulate the full second story addition (~900sqft) in my house.

From the beginning, Greg was extremely responsive and helpful, providing multiple quotes with different options for batts, blown cellulose, and spray foam, to help determine the correct mix of price and products. He was transparent on the cost of different services provided, and helped me figure out which option would work best. When we did settle on a plan, and a change was required later due to a change with drywall, Greg was able to adjust the plan accordingly, with no hiccups.

The install team was also great to work with. Bob and Nolan were both effective communicators, letting me know a day or two ahead what their plan was, and working with me to coordinate with other trades in the house. The work they and their team did was quick, effective, and clean, making it easier for us to move onto drywall after.

Overall a great experience working with the guys at Koala insulation - would definitely hire them again!

Koala insulation did a fine job on my project that. I got estimates from 2 other companies, who bid 2x higher for, and didn't want to do what I wanted. They only wanted to spray foam, and not use batting. I needed to use batting between the floor joists, so I could have access for future duct work that I need.

I appreciate Koala being honest, really pleasant to work with, and with very fair prices. For a first time home-owner, I appreciated Bob taking time to discuss options for the job, and treating me with respect. I didn’t get that from other companies.

For the first section Bob, Nolan and Jay foam sprayed the edges and used batting between the joists. They had to enter the crawl space through a small opening where a window had been.

For the other section, they had to fix what a previous company didin't do---that company sprayed the edges, but did not add batting between the floor joists. They moved the sofa, and crawled underneath, where they had very little wiggle room.

They also did a great job cleaning up after themselves, and making sure I was happy with the carpeting and furniture put back in place.

If you want honest, pleasant workers with fair prices, I highly recommend Koala. They came on time, and got the job done on time with smiles and good humor.

Koala did a great job from start to finish. They came out and gave us an estimate quickly. And from there they did the job just a week later. I think our attic being pretty small allowed them to squeeze us in.

They did very thorough work and took good pictures. I would hire them again. One of the can housings for our recessed lights was loose and they even fixed that.
