The estimate appointment with Shane went great and was pleasantly surprised at the competitive pricing and ease of applying the Duke rebate.

Andrew and the installation team were great and explained the process and completed the work within an hour for spray in fiberglass insulation

Shane and his team are excellent. Shane gave us a very competitive quote.
His team did a great job blowing in the insulation to cover all the gaps in the attic. The Duke Energy inspector said they did a very thorough job after completing his inspection.
Our house is now more energy efficient.

First, let me say that anyone willing to do this type of work and do it well, the way it is supposed to done, gets 5 stars everyday! Not only did they give us the best price but they also were flexible to work around our schedule. We had to reschedule twice and they didn't give up on us. I would definitely recommend Koala Insulation to anyone needing their services. The technicians made every effort to ensure the insulation went only where it needed to be to prevent the insulation from getting everywhere else in the house and the garage. They even put a barrier up to keep the insulation from blowing into the garage and another around our attic steps. Well done!! Thank you!!

Koala Insulation exceeded my expectations from beginning to end. I called for an estimate for spray foam insulation on my new home under construction. Shane returned my call, came out to the job site, and provided a quote very quickly. Although I had other estimates scheduled, I had a strong feeling right away that Koala was the right choice.

Once the job was scheduled, I ran into a timing issue due to inspections not being finalized. The team at Koala worked with me and adjusted their schedule to fit my timeline and keep my project moving. I am genuinely grateful for that flexibility.

Lastly, the crew that completed the work was outstanding. The insulation job looks perfect, and the cleanup afterward exceeded my expectations. They left the job site in better condition than I anticipated.
