I couldn't be more pleased!!! Beyond getting cost estimates for comparison, we chose Koala! Service was sheduled for the following week, received a call the morning of appointment with ETA. Brian & Riley arrived and setup quickly, using plastic to protect carpeted areas. Once the work was completed, we were provided an opportunity to see it for ourselves. The cleanup afterwards was precise & the guys were really kind. A link for payment was sent beyond the service to pay with either check or card. Everything was seamless!!! I highly recommend Koala Insulation to anyone looking for timely, professional & reputable service.
