I couldn't be more pleased!!! Beyond getting cost estimates for comparison, we chose Koala! Service was sheduled for the following week, received a call the morning of appointment with ETA. Brian & Riley arrived and setup quickly, using plastic to protect carpeted areas. Once the work was completed, we were provided an opportunity to see it for ourselves. The cleanup afterwards was precise & the guys were really kind. A link for payment was sent beyond the service to pay with either check or card. Everything was seamless!!! I highly recommend Koala Insulation to anyone looking for timely, professional & reputable service.

I had a great experience with Koala Insulation from start to finish. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the process and answer all of my questions. They arrived on time, completed the work efficiently, and left everything clean when they were finished.
Since the installation, I've noticed a difference in the comfort of my home, with more consistent temperatures throughout the house. It's clear they take pride in their work and customer service. I would highly recommend Koala Insulation to anyone looking to improve their home's energy efficiency and comfort.
