I wish I could remember the technician that was on the job. I'm a contractor that was doing mold remediation for a homeowner in Castle Rock. Though he wasn't able to complete the job by replacing the vapor barrier (water had leaked around the floor drain which was not anyone's fault except the installer of the HVAC unit), he was good with communication. Since I know Kayla Perry who assisted with setting up the scheduling, I'll let her know to thank the tech for his customer service and being able to share what he saw so I could re cap with the homeowner. This Koala location adjusted their schedule to do this job for me last minute so I do appreciate that. Thank you from Scott and the team at All Dry Services North Denver/Boulder

The owner Corrie, is amazing to work with. Easy and professional communication, kind and funny. She went out of her way to assist with rebate funding and appeal to the HEAR grant program. Pricing was fair and WAY under the original quote I received from a similar company. I highly recommend!

The insulation crew was amazing! Extremely knowledgeable and did not try to upsell anything that was not needed. Very friendly staff from start to finish from inspector to admin to their crew. The install left no mess behind and no issues. Would recommend to anyone!

What a wonderful group to work with start to finish! Adrian and Cory came to the house to inspect the attic, take pictures and give us an estimate in a very timely fashion. The following week the installers came out to install the insulation in the attic and garage area. With the machine set up in our driveway, the insulation was blown into the area. The Operations Manager kept us up to date and explained the process. Once finished, they cleaned up everything including the small bits in our street...Excellent job at a reasonable price! Highly recommend!!
