I just had Koala come and spray-in insulation in an upstairs bedroom and could not be more pleased with the whole process. Everything from the quote to the actual install was communicated to me in a timely and concise manner. No hidden fees or upsells, just exactly what I asked for. On the day of the install, the two techs were extremely professional and cognizant of the fact that my wife and I were working from home. After they completed their job, they left the room just as clean as before they started. On top of all this, they beat out several other insulation installers by quite a bit. I would definitely use again and recommend Koala!

Jacob was great to work with. He communicated well and stuck to his word throughout the entire project. He explained the process and their product. I was quoted a good price and he still made adjustments after they had completed the work due to unexpected work that did not need to get done in a specific section after all (Not their fault). He and his guys were on time the day of the job and got done on a timely manner while not rushing. Once done, they were really good about cleaning off and clearing the path to my furnace which is in the attic where the insulation took place. Any additional mess in the main living space was also cleaned up which I appreciated. I would recommend Koala if you're looking for a reliable company for a fair price.

Very thorough and professional; knowledgeable installer went out of his way to be sure I was satisfied with each phase - blown-in insulation in exterior walls which required accessing the walls from inside as we have a brick exterior, and blown in insulation in the attic. Cleaned up all the drywall dust and insulation; covered all the furniture, etc with plastic sheeting.Very pleased with the final result; house is definitely warmer without furnace running frequently.
