My experience with Koala Was a great one. Jody did a great job of explaining what he saw in my attic. He outlined some options that I could choose from along with what the expected savings would be on my electricity bill. His crew came out the next week to complete the job. They were fast and efficient, and it took them about an hour and a half to get everything done. Jody made me feel extremely comfortable with choosing him for the job, and I’m excited to see how this will affect my bills and also the temp in my house moving forward!

First Class and Five Star service today by the installation team from Koala Insulation! They communicated what they intended to do then executed efficiently. Only took a few hours for a full attic upgrade with new soffits, new blown in insulation along with new attic access insulator and complimentary attic fresh treatment. I highly recommend Koala Insulation if you are looking to upgrade your attic efficiency!

The installers Cori and JaNeal did an amazing job. They were very thorough and made sure everything was air sealed properly. They went above and beyond what needed done. We can already feel a difference in the house. I would recommend Kola without a doubt.

It went well! Cory and JaNeal seemed very good at their job and were respectful of my request about the baffles. I had confidence that all the soffits were open with the baffling attached when they finished. They were also respectful of our home and left it as they found it.
I am sure Jody has tried to hire conscientious employees who wanted to meet or exceed customer expectations.
Jody's response time to my questions was always excellent.
From start to end, it has been a very good experience.
Now I wait for lower electricity and gas bills.

Koala did a great job for us. We needed remediation for rats getting into our attic. The team came in, removed all the contaminated insulation, sealed and deodorized our space, and blew in new material. They were also considerate and kept the mess to a minimum which I greatly appreciated since my husband and I both work from home.
