I had some condensation issues in my attic hallways area. Koala insulation did an amazing job installing an attic fan to mitigate how hot our attic was getting and to move all that stagnate hot air out of our attic. They also did an amazing job sealing some gaps we had between our attic and our walls in that attic hallways area. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing insulation work done.
I recommend Koala Insulation for a few reasons. The first is that they recommended what I needed in insulation and did not try to oversell more than what was necessary. Second, they are by far the most affordable and reasonably priced. I spent time calling around. They scheduled me in the same week and came in did the job fast. They even made sure to leave my space clean and tidy. Totally worth giving them a call!
Took care of us and found stuff our inspector missed. Answered questions, took photos, gave us several options for our needs and weren't pushy. Installed a solar fan, blown insulation and baffles in the attic. We can already feel the difference.
The Koala team did a fantastic job in the insulation service. What makes them different is the additional service they offer. Jorge discovered an issue that other companies did not. In my case, an area needed to be cut open. What I like is that they patched and painted the area when it was done. Most companies don’t include this extra service of patch and paint.The whole team from Jorge to Diane was friendly and knowledgeable. They sent before and after pics which I appreciated. The price of the job was similar to other quotes I received.So if you are looking for insulation work, I would highly recommend the Koala team for the extra care they take at a reasonable price..
My experience with koala insulation was the best. Jorge came out to give me an estimate for repairs to my damaged insulation. He is very kind and knowledgeable. They were able to schedule the repairs within a week and complete the job for a fair price.
They are an amazing company. My house is built in 55, so it has no attic space. They came in a cleaned everything and disinfected at a very fair price. I am really happy with them.
We have a combo Storage Shed/Chicken Coop that Koala insulated for us with spray foam insulation. Jorge and his team did a beautiful job at a very reasonable price, and left the building cleaner than it was when they arrived. The unheated building maintains a pretty constant temperature that is cooler on hot days and warmer on cold days. It is also much quieter so our ladies can get their beauty sleep.
Great service from start to finish. They did an excellent job with communication, sending videos of completed work as well as punctuality and overall quality of craftsmanship. I would definitely use them again and we refer to all of my real estate clients.
I am a local painting/drywall contractor who's customer is looking for spray foam before we close up the office area. Well, I tried spray foaming this with the online kit and what a nightmare It went everywhere and didn’t even come close to covering the area the company said it would.Called Koala and they came to the rescue! I generally don’t provide reviews unless the service is extremely bad or exceptionally good. Unfortunately, post Covid my experiences of all types of service has been sub-par to say the least. Today, I received the highest level of customer service, professionalism and fairness in price in a very long time. Koala Insulation of Georgetown delivered exceptional service and outstanding pricing. Jorge (Owner) was awesome from our first conversation. All about customer service. I had to reschedule after an equipment malfunction on my end. I explained the situation to Jorge and he found a way to help me get back on my original timeline. Crew showed up as planned and they got to work, and work they did. Being the second appointment for their day these guys sprayed closed foam insulation in my 40’HC Container at the hottest part of the day. I never heard a complaint or negative comment from the worn out crew. Towards the end of the day I go to check status and there is Jorge at the hottest end of the box sweating right along with his crew fine tuning the level of foam. I cannot recommend this company, owner, and crew enough if you are looking for insulation.Don’t make a decision on any insulation job without talking to Jorge at Koala.

I called Koala Insulation for a quote on upgrading my attic insulation. Jorge came out and provided me with information on upgrading to spray foam insulation. Jorge did a great job at explaining everything that would be done, and got me scheduled quickly. Diana and her team arrived right on time and knocked out the job within a few hours.
