Long story short; Adam and his team came in and assessed the mess of non code compliant insulation/depth used on our house re-build after we had a house fire. Our contractors refused to fix it and we needed a solution from our house having high humidity/hot spots. We had an AC and roofer all come say it was an insulation issue and attic ventilation (our prior contractors covered all the air flow). This is when we reached out to Adam and his team. They came prepared with information, facts, data, and good people skills. Easy to talk to and great at communicating with us. The crew installing were kind and courteous. The moment we came home we could tell a HUGE difference, I actually wanted to go put a sweatshirt on (we always had it set to 68 but after thermostat changes it still kept reading 78-90% humidity making it so much warmer and stickier than it should be).

Diana and the team did an incredible job - they were on time, provided photographs and detail on progress throughout. They were thoughtful about keeping just debris down and draped plastic to protect the floors and swept up after on both days. Koala insulation did a fantastic job of cleaning out old insulation in our attic then applying new spray foam insulation, decking and a hatch cover to ensure the attic was sealed up tight! A great experience from start to finish. They took care of several key areas that were lacking insulation from our original builder. They even had to make a new access to above our master bedroom to blow in insulation since the builder messed up there too, and the hatch looks great! I had some condensation issues in my attic hallways area. Koala insulation did an amazing job installing an attic fan to mitigate how hot our attic was getting and to move all that stagnate hot air out of our attic. They also did an amazing job sealing some gaps we had between our attic and our walls in that attic hallways area. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing insulation work done.

Second, they are by far the most affordable and reasonably priced. I spent time calling around. They scheduled me in the same week and came in did the job fast. In my case, an area needed to be cut open. What I like is that they patched and painted the area when it was done. Most companies don’t include this extra service of patch and paint.

We have a combo Storage Shed/Chicken Coop that Koala insulated for us with spray foam insulation. Jorge and his team did a beautiful job at a very reasonable price, and left the building cleaner than it was when they arrived. The unheated building maintains a pretty constant temperature that is cooler on hot days and warmer on cold days. It is also much quieter so our ladies can get their beauty sleep.

Well, I tried spray foaming this with the online kit and what a nightmare It went everywhere and didn’t even come close to covering the area the company said it would.
Called Koala and they came to the rescue! They were reasonable priced, quick, efficient and clean.

I generally don’t provide reviews unless the service is extremely bad or exceptionally good. Unfortunately, post Covid my experiences of all types of service has been sub-par to say the least. Today, I received the highest level of customer service, professionalism and fairness in price in a very long time. Koala Insulation of Georgetown delivered exceptional service and outstanding pricing. Jorge (Owner) was awesome from our first conversation. All about customer service. I had to reschedule after an equipment malfunction on my end. I explained the situation to Jorge and he found a way to help me get back on my original timeline. Crew showed up as planned and they got to work, and work they did. Being the second appointment for their day these guys sprayed closed foam insulation in my 40’HC Container at the hottest part of the day. I never heard a complaint or negative comment from the worn out crew. Towards the end of the day I go to check status and there is Jorge at the hottest end of the box sweating right along with his crew fine tuning the level of foam. I cannot recommend this company, owner, and crew enough if you are looking for insulation.
