John usually handles projects much bigger than the my small insulation project, but he provided a fair quote compared to competitors, and because of his responsiveness I offered the job to he and his team. They scheduled a time and day and showed up on time. Through my own communication error, they were unable to get access to the property and had no way to reach me other than email. They ended up having to leave and when I called them up to explain and apologize, John was understanding, though I would have expected to never hear from them again because of my miscommunication. They agreed to revisit the site in the SAME week. They ended up not being able to complete the project because of structural obstructions. They tried to blow insulation for two hours and they did not charge me since they were unable to successfully fill the space. They were incredibly kind, professional, and honest.
