Very impressed with Koala from start to finish. Rob did an excellent job analyzing and explaining the work we needed done and Eric and his crew did an excellent job completing the insulation work. Follow up communication by Rob after the completion of the work was also very good.

I called them about a week ago to come out for a quote. They were supposed to be here yesterday and pulled the no call no show. I'm very busy and my wife and I moved our schedules around to accommodate. No answers to my emails or texts. The nature of this job was in the thousands so I guess they don't need the business. Thanks for wasting my time.

Koala Insulation TC did a great job insulating a house I’m building in Northport. It has a double-stud wall with dense-pack cellulose, and they were one of the few crews willing and able to do it right.
Dom, the lead installer, took great care to ensure the wall cavities were fully packed, and he was very conscientious about making sure I was satisfied with the work. Rob Cone, my primary contact, was responsive and communicative throughout the process. Overall, I’m very happy with the quality of their work and the final result.

Do not trust this company with your house. 2 years ago we had all kinds of problems with ice dams. They came out added spray foam insulation in our knee walls and blew cellulose in our attics. First they didn’t add baffles to the attic and proceeded to just walk in and add them destroying what they had just finished. Said everything was fine. Ice damns just as bad. Come back out before next winter to“repair” the attics cellulose. Ice damns come back with a vengeance. Same with the winter. Stay away they’ll ruin your roof.

Koala Insulation is a company that really cares about their customers needs. In our attic, I was having electrical and plumbing work performed prior to the insulation install. Koala removed the old batt insulation to make those jobs easier. The install of FG blown-in insulation was scheduled for 3 weeks later. A scheduling error occurred the day of the FG blown-in insulation. Rob (the owner) was able to quickly correct the error and was able to get my FG blown-in insulation installed a day later. Both installers arrived on time, were very courteous, professional, did a great job of the install and took pictures (1 attached) and a video of the end result. They cleaned up their work areas and left me a very satisfied customer. Errors can happen, people make mistakes; however, the mark of a great company is how they work to correct the error. Koala did just that!
