"Koala installed all the foam insulation in our new construction residence.Before awarding the project we asked them to come over and do a walk through with the person who was going to actually do the work, Bernie. For us this stage of insulation was primarily air sealing the upper and lower rims, the stud bays, and the lid, including a 900 sf garage.. We needed to be sure that Bernie was confident about getting the foam to the parts of the construction that were difficult to reach, mainly in the basement and large crawl space. A couple of spots were missed and we called them back: they took care of the problem areas the next day. The house has a whole new feel. We'll follow up in a month or so self installing fiberglass batts. If the foam insulation is not done properly there is no way to really recover from those errors. Prior to the spray work starting he Koala crew covered all the windows and other house surfaces so foam did not spill on them, and they cleaned up well after the job was completed. Be careful about choosing your insulation contractor. We were extremely pleased working with the Koala Team. We recommend them highly."

His team were professional, clean, polite and considerate. They blew insulation in the ceiling, added 2 solar attic fans and also crawled under our newly enclosed deck with 20" of clearance and insulated with batting between all the joists. When finished they cleaned up and left no trace of being there.

"John and team were responsive, professional, and friendly. I called John and team and they were one of the only companies I could get a hold of, despite leaving messages with several competitors. John usually handles projects much bigger than the my small insulation project, but he provided a fair quote compared to competitors, and because of his responsiveness I offered the job to he and his team. They scheduled a time and day and showed up on time. Through my own communication error, they were unable to get access to the property and had no way to reach me other than email. They ended up having to leave and when I called them up to explain and apologize, John was understanding, though I would have expected to never hear from them again because of my miscommunication. They agreed to revisit the site in the SAME week. They ended up not being able to complete the project because of structural obstructions. They tried to blow insulation for two hours and they did not charge me since they were unable to successfully fill the space. They were incredibly kind, professional, and honest.
