The team from Koala was excellent. They came out quickly to examine the job and they provided a clear, specific quote on the same day. They were on time - even early - for the job, and they had our attic up to code in a couple of hours. They also cleaned up the place well! We are happy to recommend them!

Tyler and Brian are AMAZING!! They identified a leak in my AC duct when they were topping off the insulation and potentially are saving me thousands of dollars on my Electrical bills over the summer because of their work! I decided to insulate the attic above my garage so I got 2 quotes. One from Koala and one from another firm. Koala looked up the square footage of my attic and gave me a quote based on that alone. Their quote was way higher than the other firm, but I was not looking for cheap job I was looking for a good job and I decided to give Koala my business. The truck showed up the next day as scheduled and did the job. After the guys finished they closed the attic hatch and prepared to leave. I told them let me take a look before you leave and I got my ladder and opened the hatch again. I noticed that they had not insulated above the air-handler bump up. I asked why not and they just said we never do that and left. I called Koala and asked why they had not insulated above the air-handler bump up. The first response was well we did the estimate without seeing the attic (like that was my fault). I told them I paid for 450 square feet and you did not insulate 450 square feet and asked that the refund me for the square footage that they did not do. He reluctantly agreed after a bit of back and forth and told me they would refund 10%. It's been 10 days and no refund. The next day I went back up into the attic to consider what I was go to do about the uninsulated space and discovered that behind the air-handler bump up (harder to reach area) there was an area with NO ZERO NADDA insulation. They also used cardboard baffles, I googled attic baffles and did not even find cardboard baffles. Clearly they are using the cheapest baffles they can find, may as well cut some old Amazon boxes and staple them to the rafters. Bottom line if you are looking for a quality job these guys will charge you for it but won't deliver it. Zero stars from me.

Great experience with koala insulation. We wanted our garage insulated so it’s not so hot in summer. Very responsive. They inspected our whole home and were very honest with their assessment, telling us everything looks really good. Spray foaming our 3 car garage was done very well and at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend!

This is the 3rd time I've used KOALA. They did closed cell insulation in n 2024 on my then new 20'x35' Metal Building Shop and about a year ago I had them do blow in insulation over my garages so I could air condition them for collector cars storage. I just had them do closed cell on my 20 year old 10'x20' metal storage shed to convert it to a workshop and parts storage. Each time they were quick to respond, reasonable in cost, on time the agreed day of installation and did good work. I think the fact that I have used them 3 times now tells the whole story. If they weren't good to do business with I would never have used them a second or third time.
