Call Koala of Southern CT and have them come take a look at your home or building. The benefits of the work they do, especially given the HUGE state rebates, are an absolute no brainer!
The owner and his team are top notch. From the original visit, to the formal estimate, to planning and doing the work, and following up afterwards, everything was handled professionally, proactively, and with great care. They did an amazing job insulating my attics and spray foaming my basement. With the State of CT rebates, it practically cost nothing to do, and I can already notice a huge difference in how my house feels and deals with temperature changes. Now in mid-summer, the house stays much cooler and our A/C's have to work a LOT less than they did previously. I can't wait to also experience the heat retention in the winter.

We used Koala to insulate our attic. Brian was very personable and helpful as we discussed our project. The overall communication throughout the project was outstanding. Shane always kept us up to date on crew arrival time and job progress.

We had Koala Insulation, insulate our attic. They exceeded our expectations. Brian and his team are very professional and easy to work with, not to mention that their price was very reasonable there was no pressure and they even took care of the rebate. They even insulated under the flooring. I definitely would recommend them for anyone looking to upgrade their old insulation.

I felt the difference after insulation installation right away, well before winter. I was assured that my request for work would be 100% guaranteed to their highest level of satisfaction. Brian and his employees were polite when at my home, answered all questions, and didn’t leave until I was 100% satisfied. Nice job
The whole process from start to finish was executed in a straightforward and efficient manner. The communication was exceptional. The installers arrived promptly and were courteous and very professional. They neatly cleaned up afterwards. - including paint touch-up. Photos were taken and shown and emailed to me for future reference. Great to have if condo resale ever occurs.
All told it was a very positive experience. Lastly, my first 2 year-over-year Natural Gas bills indicated a 36.7% and a 26.5%. consumption reduction in November and December 2025. My daily CCF consumption went from 6.00 CCF to 4.41 CCF in the month of December. But more important than the cash savings is the elimination of drafts in my cathedral ceiling living room!
