Jessen, our Operations Manager, began his career as an installer and now leads the team, making sure every project runs smoothly and meets our high standards.
Jabarrie grew up in the insulation trade, learning from his father and uncle. With five years of hands-on experience, he brings skill and deep knowledge to every job.
Anthony is BPI certified and OSHA 10 certified, with expertise in dense packing, cellulose blowing, and fiberglass batt installation. His attention to detail ensures high-quality results every time.

General Manager: Brian Lynch

Brian Lynch brings a unique blend of industry knowledge and business acumen to Koala Insulation of Southern Connecticut.

After earning a BSc in Building from Wits University and starting out as a builder, Brian took a 15-year detour into investment banking and entrepreneurship—building and selling companies in other industries. In June 2024, he returned to his roots in construction by purchasing this Koala Insulation franchise.

In just 6 months, Brian has conducted over 200 attic and crawl space evaluations and completed more than 60 installs. He believes Koala is more than an insulation company—it’s a provider of innovative, science-backed solutions with exceptional customer service at its core.
