The job was to install insulation above my garage. During the estimate, I asked about installing attic vents and was given no indication it wouldn’t be done. When I asked why they were not installed, I was told there is good air flow. I should have been told upfront, so I could have taken that into consideration. Besides that, everything else went fine.

Great service overall. They got back to me the same day to discuss what I needed and schedule an appointment to get a quote. Promptly then got back to me to schedule service

I had insulation installed into the attic of my 88 year old home, which essentially had no insulation, which was reflected by very high energy bills this winter. Jack & Connor were a pleasure to work with, they were timely & efficient in accomplishing the work in 1 day. The owner of Koala- Bruce , came to my home for the initial evaluation, & was very informative & offered several different options, & prices for various options available. The whole process was easy, Mike, the project scheduler, communicated with me regularly, & responded timely to any questions I had. I would highly recommend Koala for any insulation needs.

Replaced attic insulation and sealed gaps. Crew were friendly and polite, arrived on time, and worked efficiently. Communication with the owner was great, and the job was well done. Very happy.
