They met with me at my site to give me a quote for the work. Super nice and knew what they were talking about. I called, emailed, and texted multiple times and was completely ghosted. Never got the quote. Just tell people if you can't do their project.

Filled out the interest form late one night and got a call the next day - great! That was awesome followup. It was also the ONLY followup - despite me reaching out no less than 5 times via text and email. I even got an automated marketing email that said “still thinking about it? Email us back!” And I did, saying I’ve been waiting on a quote - CRICKETS.
Well against my better judgement I called to talk to someone - I’m still not fully convinced that person wasn’t AI, they were friendly but like in an AI kind of way and didn’t understand some things I was saying.- anyways, they booked an appointment for someone to come out and look at my space and get my quote. Lo and behold - NO CALL NO SHOW. Not convinced there’s anyone working here.

Danny came out and said he’d “talk to my guys” and get back to me. I called after a week and they said they’d call me back. I waited a week and nothing. No explanation or reasons or anything.

The job was not completed as agreed possibly due to the first day of work as a new crew could not install baffles in the attic. The previous crew had fallen thru the ceiling and was not longer employed leaving a new crew inexperienced and too large to access areas that required baffles. Disappointing with the management.
