From beginning to end, my experience with Koala Insulation was very professional. They were punctual, knowledgeable, and kept everything clean throughout the process.
Before choosing Koala, I requested quotes from two other companies. What made Koala stand out was that they offered an in-person inspection before providing the final quote. The other companies simply gave me a price based on the square footage of the house and made assumptions about the rest. I really appreciated that Koala took the time to inspect the property, understand what actually needed to be done, answer all my questions, and recommend the right solution.
Price was also very important to me, and they were willing to work with me on the quote, which was one of the main reasons I decided to move forward with them.
Joel and Fabian were my technicians, and they did an excellent job. They showed up on time, were very professional, and provided me with pictures and videos throughout the process, along with their recommendations and explanations of the work being done.
I decided to go with spray foam insulation because it made the most sense for my home, but they also provided me with an option for blown-in fiberglass so I could compare both solutions.
Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend Koala Insulation to my friends and family. I especially appreciated the way they handled the entire process and made me feel comfortable and informed from beginning to end.

We recently used Koala Insulation, and the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. The team was incredibly professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain our options clearly and gave us a transparent estimate with zero pressure.
During the actual service, the crew was fantastic. They were efficient, respectful of our home, and did a phenomenal job. My technician was Luis or Louis, excellent!

Koala insulation came out this morning. They did a great job! Joel and Luis were professional and they worked really well together. Thank you guys for adding insulation. Before and after. I've had several neighbors in my neighborhood use them. I would recommend them a they actually come out to see what's in the attic and give you a quote. Where some other companies just give you a quote based on square footage and don't see what's up there. Everyone of my neighbors who used Koala had seen improvement with Utility bill and Temps in home. Check them out. Everyone I dealt with was very helpful and returned phone calls and followed up on a timely fashion. Definitely would recommend giving them a call.

I found koala through the FPL list of approved contractors for home insulation. They were always professional, timely, and easy to work with. Sean was helpful and understanding in coordinating all the work. Victoria was super patient and nice in dealing with my many calls while getting the job accomplished. Luis and Lou were incredible with installing the insulation, they worked quickly and efficiently. For the job to be done I needed another access point and luckily they were able to help me by introducing me to Sam, who came in and quickly cut a hole and resealed it for me. I would definitely recommend to a friend or anyone. Incredible work!
