Typical Koala Customer

This blog is a little story that you may relate to as it’s our most common type of customer during the summer especially. I am changing names so we will call her Sarah. Now Sarah also felt discomfort during the winter, but the summer magnifies the symptoms.

Sarah had always known that her home was not as energy-efficient as it could be but didn’t really know what to do about it. Every summer, the heat from her attic would seep into her home, making it unbearable to be indoors. Sarah met with our team the morning of the install and our specialists reiterated what they were going to do, how it worked and how it'll affect her home.  They explained that the solar attic fans would help to circulate the air and reduce the heat buildup in her attic in an effective way that didn’t contribute at all to her already ballooned bills. The additional insulation would also help to keep the cool air in her home longer. This allows the air conditioner to catch its breath, run less often and reduce her energy bills.

After the installation was complete, Sarah noticed a significant difference in the comfort of her home near immediately. The unbearable heat in the second story bedrooms was gone, and her home was now cool and comfortable. She was amazed at how much her energy bills had decreased, and she felt good knowing that she was doing her part to help the environment.
