I needed insulation added to my attic to help with my a/c. The work was scheduled within a week of the estimate. The crew showed up on time and completed the work in a few hours. I was skeptical of not being there to monitor the work, but when I got home, I saw that they cleaned up after themselves and other than the added insulation in the attic, you couldn't tell they were there. Got a nice rebate coming from TVA, and my air conditioner keeps the house at 72 with ease during these 105 degree days. Very happy with the outcome. Curious how much my utility bill will be reduced.

Couldn't be happier! All the guys we worked with were amazing! Great customer service! Great quality of work! They went above and beyond making sure our attic was over insulated in every inch of the attic. They even took the time to move all of our stored junk to make sure they insulated everywhere, which I didn’t think was going to happen. They left the house clean, not even a piece of insulation was left in the house. They took their time to answer any questions/concerns and made sure we were informed along the way. They followed up and made sure we were happy with the service once completed.

My central AC is working noticeably better after the work that Koala did on my attic. Peyton presented me with several options after our initial consultation, and I went with adding fiberglass insulation and air/duct sealing. Previously, the AC was often unable to keep the house at 70 F on hot afternoons even when running continuously. It's now able to comfortably maintain 70 F while running 1-2 hours per day less than before.
The Koala team was always punctual, and the price was quite reasonable especially considering the available TVA rebates. I'm happy with my experience!

These guys showed up on time, were very prepared, paid very close attention to detail and did an amazing job. I was in some out of the way, hard to get to places in my attic a week after the job and was amazed to see insulation. I don't generally do reviews, but the service I received from Koala merited the effort. I highly recommend them.

I’m a married mom who handled this entire process with total confidence after meeting the team from Koala Insulation of the Midsouth! Every interaction I had was genuinely respectful, kind, and on time. The crew was cheerful, respectful of my home, and they cleaned up after themselves perfectly before they left. I picked this company because of the awesome reviews and it’s my absolute pleasure to leave one myself. I would use this company again and definitely recommend it to others! P.S. Could we have done this ourselves? Maybe. Would it have been as voluminous and evenly distributed in our huge, multi level attic? No way! The service was worth every penny. And the TVA refund is icing on the cake!
