I booked the instillation within a week of the initial call. They arrived on time with an effective sized crew. When they were done, they left the site cleaner than they arrived.

Walker and Malik, along with the rest of their crew, did a wonderful job re-insulating my attic. They showed up early, set up fast, and had all the old insulation removed, attic sealed, and new insulation put it within around 4 hours. They had excellent communication and kept everything tidy, making sure to clean up before leaving. Great group of guys and a great job, would definitely recommend Koala Insulation to anyone looking for a solid, reputable team to improve the condition of your attic.

Easy process to schedule a quote and complete the job. Chris showed up on time for the quote & scheduled job. Installers were prompt, professional & efficient. Cleaned up as they had never been here, while the old attic installation was barely at the 2x8 rafters before Koala covered it to R49. Already feeling warmer. Also had solar attic installed to help reduce the heat buildup in the summer. Excellent job getting it installed. I recommend Koala for installation & attic exhaust fan.

Could not have asked for better customer service. Chris came out and provided me a detailed quote on what was recommended. He did not try to pressure me into doing this or that, he was open to changing the quote however I wanted.
Installation day came and the crew showed up on time and instantly got to work. I felt bad for them based on the temperature that day. They were wrapped up by 12/1pm.
I went in the attic the following evening and noticed some areas that were questionable. I relayed those concerns to Chris and Joe. They were extremely apologetic and responsive. They ensured me they would make it right.
The crew was back a few days later and spent another couple hours in the blistering heat. They went above and beyond on the second trip to ensure the job was completed sufficiently.
Joe was great to work with and is extremely professional with his operation.
I can already tell a difference in my living space. I went from old R10 to new R38. I’ve noticed my AC is able to turn off more frequently during the day. We’ll see how the power bill reflects the change

Amazing job! Time was a flash of lightning! Called on a Friday evening, they were out Monday morning and installation was done on Saturday ....They kept me informed on arrival time and necessary changes via email and or text messages. Very professional, kind and pleasant. Explained exactly what needed to be done. Process was so easy and prices were great! Everything about this company was satisfaction......Thank you all. The guys were dynamic. Even had the opportunity to meet Mr..Clearance Felder! I will also be advertising through Facebook.
