We hired these guys for a solar fan, air sealing, and cellulose insulation in our 100-year-old attic. So…it’s only been a few hours since they finished the job and left, but WOW. What a difference! We have a small bungalow in Jefferson Chalmers and our upstairs was always freezing in the winter or boiling in the summer. But I just went up there after giving it some time…and HOLY smokes it’s nice and cool, just like the first floor, just in time for a hot hot summer. I’m ECSTATIC, this is a major quality of life improvement for sure. They were also very kind and very professional. I’m so stoked to see our DTE bill go down too 😅 Thank you Chris, Adam, & Tyler!

Adam and Josh were the techs that came to fix my attic. They were amazing. They pushed through the heat wave that we had and did the job extremely fast and everything looks amazing. They always cleaned up afterwards before they left the job site and I could not recommend these two enough. They were very professional and made sure everything was communicated and took the time to explain what they were going to do.

Needed wet blown insulation removed in a Chesterfield Township commercial building to facilitate structural drying. Contacted numerous companies with no interest in helping us which was curious as I was requesting a recognized service. Once I spoke with Koala I immediately was treated as a valued customer, given a great price followed by a courteous and professional crew who did an outstanding job, being respectful of all employees working in the building. Later they returned to blow in new insulation making the property safe and ready for the winters cold. Highly recommend this company for their respectful interaction with customers.

I was referred to Koala Insulation. Lucas was very helpful explaining things to me, and was super motivated to win my bid. Which he did! I'm very satisfied with the job that Josh and Anthony did. They worked hard, and cleaned it up nice. I give them five stars for sure! I would recommend Koala for insulation needs, and they have a cute little koala on their truck 😊
