Tyler and Raul did an exceptional job insulating our attic. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, courteous, and incredibly hardworking. Tyler walked me through the entire process, explained everything in detail, and kept me updated with photos throughout the job so I could see exactly what was being done. Their attention to detail and commitment to doing the work the right way gave me complete confidence that the job was in good hands.
What impressed me the most was the pride they took in their work. Not only was the attic insulated perfectly, but they also cleaned up exceptionally well—far beyond just the work area. From the first phone call, the folks at Koala were very courteous and accommodating. I explained that my project was on a very tight timeline, and the scheduler and estimator worked with me to get it done. As for the technicians, Tyler and Raul, they were friendly and knowledgeable. Even though the process wasn't messy, they vacuumed the entire area where they worked.

Tom, Anthony, and the install crew did an excellent job explaining everything and answering all my questions. Installation for the attic fan, air sealing, insulation, and hatch cover was quick and professional. These guys are highly rated for a reason. This is the only insulation company I will use moving forward. I highly recommend Koala insulation.

Anthony and crew where awesome 👏! We had them out to seal, add more insulation & install an attic fan. Anthony explained everything to me in detail. Koala insulated exterior walls in a kitchen and ceiling in the kitchen addition. It was done on time at a very reasonable price. The process was well explained. Work space was well cleaned after work and wall patched well. I really like the result. I would use this company in the future. The crew was very nice 👍

These guys are fantastic. I needed my crawl space and attic insulated badly in my 1940s home. They gave a very detailed estimate with lots of photos, talked through concerns, etc. My service was scheduled during a blizzard, and the crew went above and beyond to make it as easy as humanly possible to get my house up to code. They did spray foam + plastic in the crawl, full air sealing and blown in in the attic. Great experience. Tyler and Anthony communicated promptly every step of the way.

I am extremely hard to please when it comes to construction. Some would call me very demanding.
I was thrilled with the job that the team of four people did at my home today - the foreman, Anthony, to Pete, who sprayed the foam while Raul and Tyler how blew cellulose into the attack. They worked their tails off for eight hours, never stopping for a rest. I was super impressed. Not only did they do good work, but it was obvious that they wanted me be completely satisfied, And they succeeded. Everything was taped off perfectly, so that there was no overspray. It was all done, they cleaned the entire space as though their life depended on it.
I thought the cost of the job was very fair given all they had to do and the way they did it.
I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Great work by a local company. From estimate to final work performed, the staff were great and the job was handled to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Koala if you need your house insulated

This is a first class outfit. Always polite and on time. I had a small crawl space to insulate and needed R30 so foam was my only real option. Not the best of working conditions since the space was a little tight but the guys got it done just as well. If you need insulation work done I highly recommend them.
