I had a kitchen remodel done last summer and we noticed that the room was a bit 'chilly' so I tried to contact 8 different insulation companies...only 2 showed up and gave 'enormous' quotes for what needed to be done. I heard about Koala from a friend at ECE Electric so I called them. I received a call back that same day and an inspection was scheduled for the following day. Four days later the job was done to perfection at 1/10 the cost of what the other companies bid. The owner of the company even stopped by to make sure everything was alright! They are fast, honest and reliable people...HIGHLY recommend Koala Insulation!!

We are very pleased with the service and professionalism of Koala Insulation! Stephanie, who did the initial assessment, gave us a good sense of what was needed and sent a very reasonable estimate. She even helped us to identify a painter who could repair our ceiling drywall. She then coordinated the work of the painter and the insulation installation team. The insulation team were prompt, professional and helpful. We are pleased to recommend Koala Insulation of Madison!

I don’t normally find top notch workmanship, that meets my deadlines, are true professionals…always smiling, and have it be the lowest of the 3 quotes I got, but Koala insulation knocked it out of the ballpark! I had a couple of late night emergencies and I texted Trent, the owner, and he texted back right away and came out first thing in the morning to help me! They went so far above and beyond what any other company has ever done for me and the workmanship and quality is phenomenal! My favorite thing was the transparency, responsiveness and never over promising and under delivering. I highly, highly recommend Koala Insulation!
