The service provided by Koala was easy, and the process of bringing my older homes insulation up to code was a professional no hassle process. They even through in baffles that were missing and an attic deodorizer/pest repellant for free. This was a much needed process we have been putting off for years because we thought it would be expensive, it is not. Well under $2500 for my 1400 sq ft ranch style home built in the 80's. Thanks Koala.

I have lived in Las Vegas over 50 years and have never had such great customer service from any company. The crew, Eric, Johnny , and Jerry, under the leadership of Sean, did a fantastic job! I felt a sense of concern from everyone at the company with whom I dealt, including the owner. I recommend this company to anyone looking for honest people who do great work.

I was in need of blow in insulation in my attic above my garage. They came out and priced my garage and I had them retrofit my existing home insulation to R-49. The team was prompt, communicative, quick, and they cleaned up after themselves. Great work and they even threw in a military discount. Highly recommend.

From the very beginning, the owner was amazing, she returned my call promptly, answered all of my questions, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. The team she sent out was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly courteous.
Their pricing was very fair, and there was never any pressure or upselling. Even better, they were able to get the job done quickly and efficiently. It's refreshing to work with a company that is honest, responsive, and truly cares about its customers!

Big thanks to Sean for his outstanding customer service and to his team for the excellent insulation work at our home. Sean came by to give us an estimate, and we actually had another company scheduled that same day for a quote—but we canceled it after meeting him. His great interpersonal skills and genuine passion for providing top-notch service won us over immediately. The Koala Insulation crew did a fantastic job, taking extra care to keep dust from the blown insulation to a minimum and protect our furniture during the work. We’d happily recommend Sean and his team to anyone looking for quality insulation services.
