Las Vegas Batt Insulation Solved the Hot and Cold Rooms

This one started with a phone call from a homeowner who sounded more frustrated than anything.
He wasn’t saying the air conditioner wasn’t working. In fact, he’d already had somebody come look at it. Everything checked out.

His problem was that one side of the house always felt different than the other.
He told me, “My wife likes sitting in the living room. I avoid it in the afternoon.”

I kind of laughed and told him we’d come take a look.

When we got there, we walked through the house for a few minutes before heading up into the attic.

It wasn’t one of those flashy jobs people stop and take pictures of.
But they’re the ones that usually make a homeowner the happiest.
He noticed it before we even left.

We were loading ladders back onto the truck when the homeowner came back inside after checking a couple rooms.
He said, “It already feels more even in here.”

Maybe it was because the house had been closed up most of the morning.
Maybe it was because he finally knew something had actually been fixed.

Either way, he had a smile on his face that he didn’t have when we pulled in.
Those are the jobs I remember.
Not because they’re complicated.
Just because somebody’s finally comfortable in their own house again.
