Did a great job in one day of stripping insulation sheet rock, primary, etc., fter bats had entered the attic. Unfortunately, with one day, I still have the smell of bad going out. I think the rafters should have been sealed or clean prior to re-installation.

This is a fantastic company. They are very responsive, easy to work with and all of their crew is so respectful and kind. Joe was my point of contact, and he is amazing. They did a residential spray foam project for me, and it is turning out great. I would highly recommend to anybody who is in need of help insulating their home or business.

Just had Koala Insulation of Jackson top off my attic insulation and wanted to let any who are considering having blown in insulation done to be confident in using them.
They came when they said they would, worked in a professional manner and cleaned up afterwards. The installers were polite and demonstrated a good work ethic.
I’m not in the habit of leaving reviews generally speaking, but in this instance they earned it! Well done guys!

Excellent communication from quote to final installation. They were professional, efficient, knowledgeable and when they saw an unforeseen issue they notified me promptly and took care of it. To my surprise, they cleaned up afterwards, that’s always a plus! Would definitely recommend!

The two guys that came out and did the install of the insulation did fantastic work! And not only were they professional, but they were good spirited and very very and they cleaned up behind! I highly recommend those two gentlemen and Koala insulation.
