Koala was a pleasure to deal with from the beginning. The company is responsive, dependable, reliable and very professional. I would not hesitate to use them again if ever necessary. I had a solar powered attic fan installed this morning and I am confident in their workmanship. It took very little time and did not have to enter the house. Thank you!

Chris and Orane were the utmost professionals. They showed up on time and stayed until the job was finished. They were very thorough in the cleaning process and encouraged me to check their work in addition to showing me photos. I appreciated that. It was a 2-day process as you can imagine due to the extreme heat in tight space. However, they were extremely professional in keeping everything neat and tidy at the end of the day and went to great lengths to ensure the area was clean. They also strapped up some of the AC ducting as to get insulation underneath and ensure proper coverage. The spray foam around the openings in the Attic will ensure years of keeping the cool air where it belongs. I would highly recommend using this company again. My ac doesn't run as hard and there was an unexpected benefit of noise reduction from the outside.

Both employees were polite, communicated with me the entire process, kept me updated as they went along and cleaned up afterwards. Outstanding service, highly recommend. They came checked the attic showed me what needed to be done and gave me their recommendations. They not only blew the fiber glass to the attic, they also fixed some issues that the AC ducts had and some other things that had to be done before the insulation was added. Provide pictures before and after the work was done. The crew was very professional.
