"We became acquainted with Koala Insulation through Jennifer at the 2022 St. Charles Home Show last April. From the initial attic inspection to the day of installation, Jennifer was accessible, professional and very knowledgeable, answering all our questions.
Koala installed a solar attic fan and added blown-in insulation.
Mark, Cory and his crew and Jennifer arrived on time, worked efficiently and, the work area was cleaned up at the end of the project.
With hot weather upon us this early in the year, we’re enjoying a cooler attic which will save us money on our A/C bills. And the added insulation should reduce our heating bills, too.
I would recommend Koala to anyone wanting to lower their energy consumption and their bills; they have several options available."

Not only was the estimate for adding insulation to my 58 year old house much lower than I had anticipated, they came out when the temperature broke a record for this day in May (93 degrees) and did an amazing job! Matt paid painstaking attention to the details that were vital (covering attic fan from inside, etc), and he and Corey (sp?) were professional, despite the heat.""

"Excellent service. Blown in insulations for two rooms. A big shout out to Jo for arranging it all so quickly, and to Josh and his mate for showing up on time, working quickly and getting the job done and the great clean up afterwards. It was not an easy job but they were pros and got it done. I have hired a lot of people to work on my homes over the years. I want people who show up when they say they will, quote me a fair price and stick with the price, do the work contracted and clean up after themselves. These folks more than checked the boxes on all accounts. I would highly recommend them"

"My house is newer, however had hardly any insulation in the garage. They did an awesome job from sealing where there was air leakage and canned light covers. The fiber glass blow in was quick and they cleaned up as if they were never there. I highly recommend this team and look forward to having them do my home attic very soon!"

"WOW!!! From the free quote, to install, to clean up, these guys are FANTASTIC! In a world full of horror stories on getting work done on your house, these guys are a knight in shining armor. Customer service is very responsive in text, email and phone calls to set up appts etc. We had insulation installed in our finished garage, in the ceiling (there is a bedroom above the garage). I was worried it would be a terrible mess and that it wouldn't work as well as I wanted it to, to regulate temperature. The installers left my garage cleaner than when they came and more importantly that bedroom is now staying within 1-3 degrees of the thermostat (previously a 4-8 degree difference). Highly recommend.""

Comments: It was smooth from the first contact (owners) the sales rep that gave a thorough description of material products to choose from (what was most suitable for our need and application options. We were impressed and confident enough to sign up for the job, without other quotes.
