Great experience! Austin was thorough during the inspection, explained everything clearly, and even speaks Spanish. Brian and his team did a great job on the install. Highly recommend Koala 🐨 Insulation of the Fox Valley! The Solar attic fans are also pretty awesome!

The team at Koala was very quick at responding to my inquiry to getting my box sills spray foamed. They also were great from the scheduling standpoint, and we did shift the dates due to extreme temperatures (-15F), but they worked with me to reach my timeline needs and keep my project moving. The guys did a great job at installing the spray foam and protecting and covering up everything. Overall, Koala provided a quality service at a great price!!

Had our attic insulation install done by Jaxon, Aarron, and Logan. They were super friendly and worked efficiently. They did a great job making sure I was informed on the progress of the project. Koala Insulation company was great to work with, straightforward quote and pricing. I cant wait to see the changes in our energy bill now that we have proper insulation in our homes attic!

The process was professional from start to finish. The office called immediately after we inquired about their services. They came out and looked over our attic and gave us a quote before they left our house. The price was right in line with other quotes and we had a few extras done for the price others were quoting. The install crew was awesome. Faster than expected install and clean up was great. Thanks for the great service Koala.

I was impressed with Brian Aho during the initial site visit to get a quote. He listened to my concerns and was able to answer all my questions. Brian quoted the job based on what I wanted done, he did not try to upsell anything beyond what I asked. The communication was very good throughout the entire process. The installers, Jaxon & Logan were very professional, polite, on time, and kept me up to date on the progress of the project during the day. The truck, trailer and equipment were all in very nice condition. They were efficient and considerate within my home. I have a winding staircase with freshly painted walls and somewhat fancy trim work, and Jaxon & Logan were very careful handling their very long blown insulation hose through my front entrance while navigating it up to the second floor attic. They cleaned up after themselves to the point that when they left, I couldn’t even tell they were here. Nice work start to finish. I would recommend Koala to my friends and family without hesitation.

The company is amazing! Brian told me what was wrong and what the plan was without being a salesman. He didn't try to push anything that I didn't need. He answered all of the questions I had before the team came over and was extremely responsive. The price for the repair was incredibly reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone that needs work done!

We hired Koala insulation of the fox valley to insulate our entire crawl space at our cottage. They sprayed the under floor between all floor joists, the rim joist all the way around. Laid down thick plastic over the stone floor and up the block wall a little and then sprayed the entire block wall to create a nice seal. We are very pleased with the quality of work. They left our property spotless. Brian was great at keeping us informed at every step. We give them the highest rating as they were a great company to work with and the price was reasonable.

The Koala insulation was great from start to finish. Holden came on with a great estimate and was able to take care of everything I needed done on a very timely manner. The crew that did the job was very polite and professional. Made sure everything was cleaned up and put back. They explained everything they did from start to finish. When I called Koala Insulation I was able to get an appointment quickly. Brian came to my home, did his inspection and provide me with photos of what was going on in my attic. He explained to me their process and what they could do, to solve my issue. The installers, Jackson, Josh and Travis were professional, friendly and cleaned up after the job was completed. The best part was their price was 60% less expensive to the other bids I received. I would definitely recommend Koala.

Father and two young adult sons manage and operate the business, which is awesome. On my project, one son met with me in person to review the project and provide an estimate, and father and the other son completed the installation of 3" of spray foam in a large pole building. Happy with the work and happy to support this family run local business!

I recently purchased a home and the insulation in the attic was only about 3 inches thick. I shopped around to get some quotes. Koala was my first company that responded immediately and got something scheduled for an inspection. Holden came out and spent about 2 hours with me. He went through the entire project from A to Z. I was really impressed with him. I had my other companies come out but nothing compared to what Holden presented to me. They came out today to blow in the insulation. Brian who owns the company and his other son did an amazing job. It took them less than 5 hours. I love that this is a family owned business. I can’t recommend them enough.
