We hired Koala insulation of the fox valley to insulate our entire crawl space at our cottage. They sprayed the under floor between all floor joists, the rim joist all the way around. Laid down thick plastic over the stone floor and up the block wall a little and then sprayed the entire block wall to create a nice seal. We are very pleased with the quality of work. They left our property spotless. Brian was great at keeping us informed at every step. We give them the highest rating as they were a great company to work with and the price was reasonable.
The Koala insulation was great from start to finish. Holden came on with a great estimate and was able to take care of everything I needed done on a very timely manner. The crew that did the job was very polite and professional. Made sure everything was cleaned up and put back. They explained everything they did from start to finish. When I called Koala Insulation I was able to get an appointment quickly. Brian came to my home, did his inspection and provide me with photos of what was going on in my attic. He explained to me their process and what they could do, to solve my issue. The installers, Jackson, Josh and Travis were professional, friendly and cleaned up after the job was completed. The best part was their price was 60% less expensive to the other bids I received. I would definitely recommend Koala.

I recently purchased a home and the insulation in the attic was only about 3 inches thick. I shopped around to get some quotes. Koala was my first company that responded immediately and got something scheduled for an inspection. Holden came out and spent about 2 hours with me. He went through the entire project from A to Z. I was really impressed with him. I had my other companies come out but nothing compared to what Holden presented to me. They came out today to blow in the insulation. Brian who owns the company and his other son did an amazing job. It took them less than 5 hours. I love that this is a family owned business. I can’t recommend them enough.
