They failed to show up three (3 !) times. I understand that unforeseen issues can happen, but three failed appointments, poor communication, and the amount of time wasted on my end are simply unacceptable. If you value your time and need a contractor who can honor their commitments, you may want to consider other options.

Jimmy w/Koala was so very pleasant to deal with from first meeting to discuss adding additional insulation to the completion of the job. He and his employee came in and did a great job, installing the insulation and the attic hatch master at the attic stairwell very efficiently, without any issues. They cleaned up any mess they might have made in the process. Very considerate, professional and we would highly recommend Koala.

Jimmy with Koala Insulation Fort Bend was great to work with. He answered/returned phone calls, was polite and calm. I appreciate all these qualities in the person I am wanting to buy services from as I’ve experienced all too often the opposite. He came out to my home to better be able to provide me with an accurate quote. No charge. The process to install the insulation was clean and not noisy. Jimmy and his assistant cleaned up and were gone in about an hour and forty five minutes. The cost was reasonable and half of what two other companies had quoted me for an older home of about 3,300 sq feet. I recommend using Jimmy and if needed, will call him for future work.

Had Jimmy come out and quote me for adding an additional 4" of Insulation throughout and also a Solar Fan. Price was reasonable so Jimmy and colleague came out for the install a week later. They did a great job on both the fan and the insulation. Overall, a very professional service from start to finish. Very pleased.

Jimmy and his team at Koala Insulation came out and did an amazing job of air sealing the light fixtures and topped off our existing blown-in fiberglass insulation to ensure 13" or more everywhere. Very friendly and answered all my questions.
