Job Summary:
At Koala Insulation of Denver Central, we are looking for an experienced, driven individual with a background in sales to estimate insulation projects with the goal of a one visit close. The ideal candidate will have a background in consultative sales and will work with customers to sell the insulation services that best fit their needs.

The candidate must be a self starter with great work ethic. This position requires a 'what ever it takes' approach (the right way) to be successful. This position requires productive use of time generating leads when the phone is not ringing. This position will require hard work and thick skin. The right candidate will enjoy interacting with all different types of individuals. Sales appointments will be at customers' homes primarily across Denver and Aurora.
This position will allow the candidate who fills it the opportunity to set his or her own level of success. All resources needed to be successful will be made available within reason. The candidate that fills this role will be building a business with support from the ground up.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Lead generation and data input into CRM.
Travels to residential, commercial, and government sites within territory to complete the estimation process for our insulation services.
Use product samples, support, and technology to assist you in closing the sale.
Networking to build contractor relationships within territory.
Performs other related duties as required.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Experience in a customer facing sales position is Required. Experience with in home service sales is preferred.
Ability to interpret blueprints is preferred, but not required.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Experience using a CRM preferred.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field preferred, but not required.
High school diploma/GED required.
Prior Consultative Sales experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of walking, standing, crouching, and maneuvering through attics and crawlspaces.
Must be able to access and navigate the jobsite.
Jobsite environment may be subject to high temperatures, confined spaces, and heights.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Salary: $55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

At Koala Insulation of Denver Central, we are looking for a motivated, experienced Spray Foam Installer to join one of our insulation teams in completing our most complex jobs. Koala Insulation is an insulation contractor providing high-quality insulation services to homeowners, contractors, and property owners. To learn more, visit www.koalainsulation.com.
This position within the company is expected to consistently perform high-quality spray polyurethane foam insulation installations in attics and crawlspaces. In addition, this role is responsible for identifying and correcting spray foam issues and providing coaching to more junior installers. Your performance will depend on your entire team’s quality, safety, and efficiency. Therefore, it will be important for you to help other members of your crew perform at a high level.

This entry-level position within the company will assist in performing high-quality insulation services in attics and crawlspaces. Services performed will include blown-in cellulose installs, fiberglass batt installs, and insulation removal. This position will be paired with an experienced team member who can provide guidance and feedback as you are learning our core services.
