Joseph Miller was very professional and attentive. He came right out, diagnosed the problem and quoted our needs. The workers were on time and professional also. They did an excellent job with instillation and also with clean up. House was left the way they came. Also speaking with the office was super smooth. Koala arrived on site according to the schedule and did an excellent job taking their time to make sure all the cracks were sealed properly. The installers went above and beyond to additionally seal the cracks in the corners of the Metal building. I highly recommend Koala if you need this service.

They were on time and very personable. Explained what they were doing and didn’t leave a mess. Increasing the insulation has allowed us to increase the thermostat’s temperature and still feel cool. I’m sure it will have a positive effect on our utility bill. I would definitely recommend them if you need to add insulation.
