The company was very professional. Came out. Measured the square footage of the area needing ,New insulation and removal of all old insulation. They went above and beyond expectations in cleaning all debris and sealing any drafts in the attic space area. Excellent job!. I would highly recommend them and if ever I need them again I would use this company.

An excellent experience from start to finish. Everyone on the Koala team was responsive and easy to work with. Alex offered a very competitive bid with a combination of batt insulation, Styrofoam baffles, and blow-in insulation to address our specific situation. Michael called a few days before installation to confirm and make sure we knew what to expect. Zack and Joey arrived promptly at the scheduled time and worked quickly and quietly.
Zack took time to explain again exactly what they were going to do in each area. They sealed around all the ceiling fixtures and fans opening, and most critically, along each drywall seam where our second floor ceilings transition from flat to sloped toward the eaves. He stapled baffles in each joist bay to make sure good air flow came up from eaves vents above both batt and blown-in insulation. The main area is at least 18" deep. They sprayed with a clean smelling air freshener and finished off the access hatch with an insulated zippered enclosure. Zack went to great lengths to make sure the entire area was vacuumed clean. Highly recommended.

Alex, and his team Zach came out and did an amazing job. They went above and beyond sealing some joint areas that I didn’t even ask for. They really made sure the entire basement was sealed! Great communication & super clean & detailed work. Highly recommended!
