Koala did an amazing job.
We had blown-in insulation added to our attic recently on Signal Mountain and I’m really glad we chose Koala Insulation of Chattanooga to do the job. From the first phone call to the finished job, everyone was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. The crew, Grant and Alfredo, showed up when they said they would, explained what they were doing, and got the job done without any hassle. They cleaned up after themselves and treated our home with respect which I really appreciated. The biggest difference is our house already feels more comfortable, especially during the hottest part of the day. Some rooms that were always hard to keep cool are much better now. If you were thinking about improving your homes insulation, I definitely recommend giving these guys a call. Great experience overall and worth the investment. In addition, they also helped me get the TVA Energy Right rebate - didn’t have to do a thing, they did it all for me!

I hired Koala Insulation of Chattanooga to blow in fiberglass insulation in my attic in Ringgold, Ga. I am dealing with some higher than expected energy bills and was hoping to lower them somewhat. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. Moe, the owner, came out for the estimate and explained exactly what needed to be done without any pressure. The installation crew (Grant and Alfredo) were incredibly professional, arrived on time, and left the workspace spotless. I can already feel a massive difference in our home's temperature level. I can’t wait to get my first electric bill to compare the difference. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, locally owned and trusted insulation team.

Koala Insulation of Chattanooga did an excellent job from start to finish. They were professional, responsive, and great communicators throughout the entire process. Their follow-up was wonderful, and the quality of the work was top-notch. They also left the site clean and in great shape afterward, which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality insulation work.

I looked for a long time to find a company that would install insulation above my garage. Many of the people that I spoke to were either not professional or they were not willing to drive out to where I live. I Finally found Koala Insulation of Chattanooga and they sent someone over right away to give me an estimate. When they came out to do the work, they sent three guys who arrived on time, with all the necessary supplies, the right amount of supplies, and they were kind and professional to work with. They did a great job and did it in a timely manner and cleaned up before they left. Believe it or not, all the stuff I stated above is not easy to find in this area. I highly recommend this company for insulation needs.

Koala removed all of my old, blown attic insulation and replaced it with new. Pricing was good and working with Moe, Donna, and Grant was a pleasure. I highly recommend Koala for any insulation needs.

Absolutely perfect experience from beginning to end. Moe and Donna from Koala insulation was quick to answer my call for a quote. I believe Moe was out the same day I called. I believe their price was fair. Most of all, I felt like they genuinely cared about our concerns. That’s important when it comes to business. I trusted them with the job and they did awesome. The whole family seems to be involved which is great! A+ at communication and they did a wonderful job on our attic space.
