Removed old attic batting insulation. They were very thorough, placed tarps on floors where the insulation vacuum hose was used to remove the insulation and even pointed out concerns that needed to be addressed such as replacing certain Sheetrock that was weak or dryrotted as could cause pressure on lower ceilings that a different contractor who was replacing my new insulation into the attic should be aware of. Price was reasonably given the work done and use of a dumpster to remove the bags of insulation from attic

The team that showed up to my house from Koala did a awesome job on the insulation. All the way from meeting my sales person to through the appointment the process was very pleasant and they also cleaned up well after their work. Highly recommended from my experience.

I can’t say enough about koala insulation. I first had them at my house in June 2025 for blown in attic insulation. Upon inspection Graeme discovered that the original insulation was laying on top of an old particle board floor. The crew came, removed the old insulation, cut a section of flooring out down the middle to ensure all the joist cavities were blown into. After they vacuumed the upstairs hallway and all the way down to the front door. These two things showed me what a great company they are. Some companies could have not gone the extra step to make sure the attic was insulated properly and just blew onto of the sub floor to save time and money but not Koala. Then cleaning up the house area they were in so well they left no trace they were there was the icing on the cake. I appreciated their work so much I had them back at the end of the year to insulation the exterior walls and again they did an excellent job. Graeme and his crews are professional, kind, thorough, and time efficient. I would recommend Koala to anyone including my closest family and friends. Also you can’t beat their prices, they are worth every penny.

I had a Energize CT home energy assessment done and they said I qualified for an insulation rebate. Out of all three quotes I got, Koala gave me the best price and didn't try to upsell me on things I didn't need which the other companies tried to. The other companies also spent 30+min looking around the house. Koala took 5-10min. Koala came in and did blown in attic insulation as well as blown in wall insulation, all cellulose. Tony and his team were very efficient and professional. They worked very clean constantly using the leaf blower and vacuuming. My house is old built in the 1940s so outlets are in random spots. When they drilled into the house they accidently cut into the outlet. They quickly alerted me to the problem and said an electrician is on their way to fix it. Indeed the electrician came and fixed it. Free of charge. If you are looking for blown in insulation I highly recommend Koala if I buy another house in the future without insulation I will be giving Koala a call.
