In today's world, there are more and more ways to lower your carbon footprint and help protect our world's environment.  One can buy an electric car, go plastic-free, recycle with the best of them, or add solar panels – but we believe (we're only slightly biased!) that properly insulating your home is one of the simplest and most cost-effective ways to make a measurable impact on a personal level.

Increasing attic insulation can reduce energy usage by as much as 30%.  Moreover, it was estimated in 2017 that the average cost nation-wide to upgrade your home's attic insulation was ~$1,343.  Further, an attic insulation upgrade was estimated to add $1,446 in home value one year after installation.  In term's of home improvement projects – that's a great return on investment!

In terms of ways to personally be a little more eco-friendly, insulation is one of the easiest ways to consistently practice environmentally friendly living.  This is just one of the many reasons for why we love insulation.
