Concrete Lifting The Fox Valley
Restore your concrete's stability and functionality with polyurethane concrete raising, an innovative lifting solution. Our process involves drilling small, 5/8-inch holes through the slab, then precisely injecting polyurethane foam into the underlying voids. This controlled expansion lifts and stabilizes the concrete, allowing for accurate adjustments and preventing over-raising. It's a straightforward method that delivers efficient, long-lasting results with minimal disruption to your property.
Spray Foam Insulation The Fox Valley
Spray Foam is a two-part product that is heated and then is sent through a hose into the stud cavity, where it hardens in a matter of seconds and creates a long-term barrier that keeps your home comfortable and energy efficient.
Blown In Attic Insulation The Fox Valley
Consisting of small pieces of insulation, this type of insulation can quite literally fill every nook and cranny of a space and create an uber-fluffy layer of effective insulation. Our technicians ensure your attic, wall and ceiling cavities are filled correctly and without gaps or voids.

Causes of Poor Insulation
Poor insulation typically isn't preventable, no matter how well you care for your home. While regular maintenance and inspections can alert you to insulation problems, they aren't enough to stop them entirely. The reasons they occur include:
- Age: Insulation doesn't last forever. Over time, its fibers begin to degrade, reducing its efficiency. If you live in an older property, you'll likely encounter insulation issues.
- Outside Contaminants: Excess moisture, dirt, and pests may enter home insulation through cracks or crevices in the home's structure, damaging it and reducing its efficiency.
- Electrical Stresses: Overvoltage, electrical impulses, and surges can harm the structural integrity of the insulation.
Services Offered
We provide comprehensive insulation services for homeowners in the Fox Valley area.
- Blown-In Insulation: We insert Blown-In Insulation through a giant hose, filling the cavities of attics, walls, and ceilings with small pieces of insulation. You can choose between Blown-In Insulation made from denim, fiberglass, mineral wool, or cellulose.
- Spray Foam Insulation: This type of insulation is sprayed through a hose into the stud cavities of walls. Its hardening properties create a firm barrier, strengthening walls while reducing noise throughout the home.
- Batt Insulation: This type of insulation comes in pre-cut rolls or sheets, which we custom fit between studs in floors, walls, and attics. Batt Insulation is available in fiberglass, organic cotton, or mineral wool.
- Insulation Removal: We remove damaged insulation from ceilings, attics, walls, floors, and crawl spaces. After this removal, we carefully sanitize and deodorize the space.
- Solar Attic Fans: The attic can trap hot air, increasing the temperature of your home. Installing a Solar Attic Fan pushes the hot air out and enhances attic insulation efficiency.
- Air Sealing: Windows, doorways, attic hatches, recessed lighting, and other areas may contain leaks that allow outside air to enter your home. We can apply a high-quality air sealant to eliminate leaks and prevent drafty areas.
- Crawl Space Services: Your home's crawl space may contain leaks or inefficient insulation. We can inspect the area for leaks and install new crawl space insulation.
- Builder Services: We partner with local builders on residential, commercial, and industrial insulation projects.

Really pleased with the job done on my attic insulation replacement. The crew was fast and professional — in and out in just six hours for a full attic insulation removal and replacement, on a job that was less than ideal to say the least.
Scott and Aaron went above and beyond, helping out with a few extra things that weren't even part of the original scope at no extra hassle. It's clear they take pride in doing the job right and helping their customers out. A few unexpected issues came up during the job, but they communicated clearly and resolved everything easily, walking me through each step of the process along the way.
Highly recommend this team if you need attic insulation work done right, quickly, and by people who actually care about doing a good job.
Thanks guys!

Brian was excellent to work with. He spent the time to go over the process of raising concrete on parts of my driveway and entry area. He was able to make the concrete level almost as good as new. He gave us the estimate and did the work after only 5 days and that was with the 4th of July during that timeframe. I would highly recommend them for all your raising concrete and insulation needs.

I can not say a better experience with a contractor has ever occurred to us. Brian was great at identifying more issues with my attic insulation that were inadequate for 2026. I was so impressed with Brian's approuch that we added work to solve more issues with drafts. Koala does not collect any fees until after we are satisified with the complete contract. Jaxon, Logan, and Zack installed with professionalism and explained everything . Rain forced them to return on another day to finish the contract. I even tipped them for a great performance. The newly insulated attic has made our living room warm again.
Work with Brian on your next insulation project and you will leave with a positive feeling towards contractors.

I recently had my garage insulated and drywalled using Koala Insulation and O@O Painting and Dry wall. My experience started with Justin, who came to my home and gave me detailed quotes for insulation options. He also recommended the drywaller, who I went with as well. The crew came in full force ready to work and assisted me mov in things in my garage. The job was finished in 1.5 days, which included spray in foam and pink insulation. I was very happy with the crew, who were very respectful and cleaned up any mess. The crew also helped me with moving things back into my garage and attic. I was happy with the price, effort and professional job. With Koala, I was able to knock out two projects in one week. Would highly recommend this company. Thanks guys

We would highly recommend Koala Insulation! Brain Aho thoroughly explained the type of insulation we should use for our house and how long it would take to install the insulation. Crew manager Aaron Zack did an awesome job with his crew. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, answered all questions we had, and always cleaned up each night.
We had the work done early Feb. 2026 and already feel the difference in our house temperature. Furnace is running less, as well.
THANK YOU Koala Insulation for making our house more comfortable!

The team at Koala was very quick at responding to my inquiry to getting my box sills spray foamed. They also were great from the scheduling standpoint, and we did shift the dates due to extreme temperatures (-15F), but they worked with me to reach my timeline needs and keep my project moving. The guys did a great job at installing the spray foam and protecting and covering up everything. Overall, Koala provided a quality service at a great price!!

The process was professional from start to finish. The office called immediately after we inquired about their services. They came out and looked over our attic and gave us a quote before they left our house. The price was right in line with other quotes and we had a few extras done for the price others were quoting. The install crew was awesome. Faster than expected install and clean up was great. Thanks for the great service Koala.

I was impressed with Brian Aho during the initial site visit to get a quote. He listened to my concerns and was able to answer all my questions. Brian quoted the job based on what I wanted done, he did not try to upsell anything beyond what I asked. The communication was very good throughout the entire process. The installers, Jaxon & Logan were very professional, polite, on time, and kept me up to date on the progress of the project during the day. The truck, trailer and equipment were all in very nice condition. They were efficient and considerate within my home. I have a winding staircase with freshly painted walls and somewhat fancy trim work, and Jaxon & Logan were very careful handling their very long blown insulation hose through my front entrance while navigating it up to the second floor attic. They cleaned up after themselves to the point that when they left, I couldn’t even tell they were here. Nice work start to finish. I would recommend Koala to my friends and family without hesitation.

We had insulation blown into two attics. Both of which were not that easy to get into. Both Jaxon and Logan were courteous, and knew their job well. Could answer questions easily. They cleaned up nicely after themselves. All in all very nice young men. And the job was done efficiently and perfectly. Would highly recommend Koala insulation. Customer service from start to finish was seamless.

The company is amazing! Brian told me what was wrong and what the plan was without being a salesman. He didn't try to push anything that I didn't need. He answered all of the questions I had before the team came over and was extremely responsive. The price for the repair was incredibly reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone that needs work done!

We hired Koala insulation of the fox valley to insulate our entire crawl space at our cottage. They sprayed the under floor between all floor joists, the rim joist all the way around. Laid down thick plastic over the stone floor and up the block wall a little and then sprayed the entire block wall to create a nice seal. We are very pleased with the quality of work. They left our property spotless. Brian was great at keeping us informed at every step. We give them the highest rating as they were a great company to work with and the price was reasonable.

When I called Koala Insulation I was able to get an appointment quickly. Brian came to my home, did his inspection and provide me with photos of what was going on in my attic. He explained to me their process and what they could do, to solve my issue. The installers, Jackson, Josh and Travis were professional, friendly and cleaned up after the job was completed. The best part was their price was 60% less expensive to the other bids I received. I would definitely recommend Koala.

Father and two young adult sons manage and operate the business, which is awesome. On my project, one son met with me in person to review the project and provide an estimate, and father and the other son completed the installation of 3" of spray foam in a large pole building. Happy with the work and happy to support this family run local business!

I recently purchased a home and the insulation in the attic was only about 3 inches thick. I shopped around to get some quotes. Koala was my first company that responded immediately and got something scheduled for an inspection. Holden came out and spent about 2 hours with me. He went through the entire project from A to Z. I was really impressed with him. I had my other companies come out but nothing compared to what Holden presented to me. They came out today to blow in the insulation. Brian who owns the company and his other son did an amazing job. It took them less than 5 hours. I love that this is a family owned business. I can’t recommend them enough.
