  • Home Energy Score Pathway
  • Obtain a professional HERS score of 110 or lower through an energy audit.
  • Prescriptive Checklist Pathway
  • Complete a set of city-approved energy upgrades from a points-based checklist, including insulation, air sealing, duct sealing, and other improvements.
  • The number of required points will increase over time.
  • Fines for non-compliance start at $500 for the first offense and $1,000 for each one after that.
