Exceptional! They diagnosed a years long second story heat problem that has been basically “undiagnosable,” and they fixed it beyond my expectation. With a solar powered fan in the attic, plus blown in insulation, the results are better than predicted. Friendly but professional, informative and experienced. I couldn’t be happier.

We were in the process of selling a home and needed their professional advice on insulation due to an inspection. They came out, gave us a professional assessment of what needed or not needed to be done according to the inspection. They were truly professional. We can't say enough about them. They saved us a lot of money in the long run. John and his team could easily have taken advantage of us but they did not. For that I am truly grateful. I had my attic insulation replaced a few weeks ago. The whole process from evaluation to installation was seamless and super professional. Crystal, who did the evaluation was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable. I learned a lot! The big pay off is that my house is instantly more comfortable during this scorching summer heat. I'm actually astonished by the difference. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

The Koala team did a very good job installing the insulation in our crawlspace. We were impressed with the team and the fact there was a post installation performed by the owner .
I would recommend this team to anyone. One last note , Crystal who came out to review the job was fantastic. She knows her stuff.
