This one in Crossville was a new build, so everything was still open when we got there. No drywall yet, just framing and mechanicals. Which is usually when you want to catch this stuff. This one went smooth. Builder had everything ready, we got in, got it done, and didn’t slow anything down. That’s usually the goal on new construction — do it right without holding up the next step.
