The Impossible was Possible
"Koala installed insulation and vapor barrier under a floor where the crawl space was as low as 6 inches in places. They laid in the dirt excavating out trenches so they could access the whole 350 square feet area in order to insulate it. Only one company had even been willing to quote the job and that was an expensive solution that I did not believe was achievable. All other companies had refused to quote. Unlike all the other companies, Koala sent the guy who would actually have to do the work before quoting and he came up with an innovative solution that was implementable and affordable. Koala's willingness to be helpful and flexible turned what I thought was an impossible nightmare into a very well thought out solution. They were professional, friendly and showed a remarkable willingness to think out of the box. They were also great personalities and it was fun to have them around. I strongly recommend them.""
