Alex and the Koala Insulation team were great! They were professional, clean, and prompt in all of their communication and insulation installation.
They insured all of the work was complete and recommended some of it get touched up proactively during the review.
I'd recommend them for future jobs and use them again if I need any insulation done in the future.

We used Koala for attic insulation in our old house and they were excellent! The entire process was smooth and efficient from the initial proposal to the completion of the work. Everyone involved was friendly and professional. Scheduling was easy and they completed the work on time. We would use them again and highly recommend!!

My experience with Koala was fantastic. I had wanted to get my home insulated since it was severely lacking in that department, and so I called to schedule a consultation.
I had someone come to review my home that same week, we went over everything that I wanted to have done, and I was given a full proposal to review at the end.
The price for my job was more than fair, and so I went ahead to schedule it. They were able to come within a week, and the time estimate for the work was only a couple of days.
When the work was being done, all of my belongings were treated with great care. From tarps covering my floors, furniture and other belongings being covered in plastic throughout the whole ordeal, to them asking me if certain things can be moved or unplugged, everything was taken care of. Any questions I had were answered easily and with any detail I wanted.
All the work the proposal laid out was completed within the exact time window they gave me, the work was done very well, and I've had no issues since.
Over all a very pleasant experience and I would recommend them for your own insulation needs.

Just had my attic and basement insulation done by Koala. They were very easy to work with and completed the job in the timeframe given. Their team was pleasant and professional. They also work with NYS and Con Ed to get rebates which made the job super affordable. Highly recommend!

Loved working with Koala Sound Shore. We were a bit nervous getting spray foam insulation and Joe and the crew educated us about it, were incredibly easy to work with, communicated extremely well, the costs were reasonable and the final product is great. Highly recommend Koala. A truly seamless and great experience.
