When getting an evaluation of housing needs, it can be incredibly difficult to find someone you trust and who is truly providing honest guidance and recommendations. Samuel came out to our home after we scheduled an online consultation regarding concerns about insufficient attic insulation from our builder.
During the inspection, Samuel uncovered multiple issues in our attic that did not even involve services his company provides. He was extremely honest in explaining that insulation alone was likely not the root cause of our issues. Instead of trying to sell us unnecessary work, he gave thoughtful guidance that genuinely prioritized helping us find the right solution.
I am incredibly grateful for his honesty, professionalism, and willingness to help. It is rare to find companies that truly care about doing the right thing instead of just making a sale. I had them them do my entire house in April 2024. March of 2026 I noticed that I had a hot spot in the back of my house. I took a look in the attic and saw a low spot in the insulation. I reached out to Sam the owner and they came out within 48 hours to fill it in at no cost. I highly recommend Koala Insulation.

I am incredibly pleased with the professionalism of Sam at Koala Insulation, as well as that of Jonathan and Timothy, the two installers who came to my home to do the work. First, Sam took the time to listen and understand the scope of the work I was requesting. It is very apparent he is greatly concerned about Koala's customers, and strives to ensure there is excellent communication and alignment around the work to be done. Second, the pricing was extremely fair and reasonable for the job to be done. Third, when Jonathan and Timothy arrived, they were very courteous, made sure I felt valued as a customer, ensured the work was properly completed, and did an outstanding job cleaning up my home when the work was completed! I could not be more satisifed, and highly recommend Koala Insulation. 5 stars all around!

Our small lake cottage is only 600 ft.², a very small job. Yet they treated us like it was a 6000 square-foot job, like we were their most important customer.
I’m pretty sure they put twice as much as required, and they said they just wanted the job done Right!
Their attention to detail was excellent and they cleaned up afterwards, like they were never here.
I had researched several other vendors and Koala was by far the most professional and pricing was all similar.
It seems in the last few years the quality of service has significantly declined, but the team at koala was a very pleasant surprise.
I highly recommend them for any size of residential or commercial job.

Koala spray foamed the roof deck and crawlspace. After obtaining 5 estimates we went with Koala. While I am sure the other companies, mostly independents, are fine craftsman I decided to go with a larger company with a national presence who could be expected to stand behind their work.
The crew was friendly and did a good job. I would highly recommend them for your spray foam needs.
