We had an outstanding experience with Koala Insulation! Celso and his team did an amazing job removing our old insulation and installing spray foam insulation in the attic.
They worked quickly, professionally, and paid close attention to every detail. What impressed us the most was how clean and organized they left everything. When they finished, it honestly looked like they had never even been there!

I called Koala after a prior company scheduled an appointment with me and decided not to show up.
Koala was very efficient, and knowledgeable. They provided excellent customer service, along with photos and steps taken along the way.
They left my home as clean as it was before they got there, and that is due to their great attention to detail and professionalism.

Koala of South Miami, awesome from start to finish. Jose from sales was honest with no up sale and explained everything well. From what type of insulation and “why” in my case. Why not to use the more expensive one.The price was great compared to the two other quotes I received. Eislen from the office was attentive and very helpful. They sent two guys to spray, they were also great. This was for an outdoor terrace 54’x16’. I would definitely recommend koala of South Miami.

Koala’s team did a great job removing and replacing my home’s insulation. The team was very efficient and kept the work areas clean. The options were presented clearly, and the office communicated well. I immediately noticed the difference with the efficiency of my home’s air-conditioning when they completed the work.

I recently had Koala Insulation handle the removal and replacement of our attic insulation, and I couldn’t be more pleased. They completed the entire job in a single day, which was impressive in itself.
Not only did they remove all the old insulation thoroughly and clean the attic properly before installing the new insulation, but they also took exceptional care of our home. They laid down protective coverings over all the furniture and floors, and once they were finished, they cleaned up so well it was like they were never there.
I’ve done a lot of work on my home, but I’ve never had a company treat my belongings and house with such respect and care. I’m extremely pleased with their service and I’ve attached a few photos of the process to show just how thorough they were.
